Effective Date: June 5, 2026. Welcome to Onohe, the app discovery platform accessible at onohe.com and through related services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you may not use the Service. By continuing to use Onohe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding contract between you and Onohe. The Service is offered to individuals and entities, subject to your compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. By accessing the Service you warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We may revise the Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, discontinue use of the Service immediately.

All content and materials on the Onohe Platform—including but not limited to the design, user interface, software, logos, graphics, and underlying code—are protected by intellectual property laws and owned or licensed by Onohe or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works from any material on the Service except as expressly permitted by Onohe in writing or as part of the Service’s standard functionality. User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant Onohe a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute such content within the Service to provide and improve the Service and its features.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps

Onohe aggregates and references applications that are hosted on external platforms, most notably Google Play. The actual apps are hosted by Google Play and by their respective developers, not on onohe.com. We may provide links, listings, or widgets that direct you to Google Play pages. The availability, content, and practices of those third-party apps are governed by Google Play terms and the individual developers. Onohe does not warrant the safety, accuracy, legality, or functionality of any third-party app. Your use of such apps is at your own risk. Linking to or listing third-party content does not constitute an endorsement by Onohe of those apps or their developers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONOHE AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, AND ACCURACY. ONOHE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL ONOHE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ONOHE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY CALENDAR YEAR EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 50 OR THE AMOUNTS PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO ONOHE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITIES ARISING FROM GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

5. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Onohe operates, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Onohe regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Onohe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law or these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any portion thereof without notice.
